Return & Replacement Policy – Mycartt

1. 7-Day Return Policy

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.

  • The product is not as described on our website.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Note: Certain items such as personal care products, undergarments, hygiene products, or customized items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@mycartt.com or log in to your account.

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

  3. Our support team will verify your request and arrange a pickup from your doorstep or guide you to ship it back.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned product.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacement Policy

If you’d like to replace a defective or incorrect item:

  • We’ll send a replacement product at no extra cost once your return is approved.

  • If the same product is out of stock, you can choose an alternative item or a full refund.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are treated as returns.
